MINIMUM PHOTO REQUIREMENTS: Please remember that when you upload your picture it needs to be at least 1024 x 768 pixels and close to 300DPI. These requirements are important for the quality of the print on your custom bag. What looks good on the computer screen may not look good printed if your picture does not meet the minimum requirements above. Design a Bag: The Ordering Process
We've made designing your custom bags as fast and easy as 3 simple steps…
1. Choose a Bag
To get started go to view collection and simply click on the bag style you want. There are several to choose from that will work for just about every occasion or style. If you see a shape or size that intrigues you, click on the image for more details. We've provided detailed specifications on size, closure type, and interior design to help you choose the bag that will be just right for you, your family or friends.
2. Pick Leather Color and optional Image Services
Some bags have leather options. For those, you will choose between black, cognac, tan, or fushia. We also offer red-eye reduction, cropping and collage services.
3. Supply an Image
You can upload your image directly with your order. You can choose any horizontal digital image (jpeg preferred) that resides on your computer. You may use vertical images too, but the majority of the bags will only fit a small portion of a vertical image on them (such as face and shoulders only). If you don't have a digital image, no problem. Just place your order and we will send you an email with further instructions so that you can send us the prints you want to use. We'll scan them and return your originals. (Please see the Photo and Image Questions and Photo Submission Tips sections in the FAQs tab for important information.)
**Once you have designed your bag and supplied an image, provide us with your payment information and place your order. You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours and your bag should arrive within 3 to 4 weeks.
